It seems that the film will cover the eras from the beginning of the Queen story through Rainbow 74 Hammersmith 75 Houston 77 The Crazy And Hot Space Tour right up TIL Live Aid In 1985 There was talk from Sacha Baron Cohen that the film would be Freddie dying in the middle of the movie and the rest of the film being about the band carrying on. From the trailer this doesn’t seem to be the case. A lot of people seem to think the success of the movie can only be if Rami Malek looks identical to Freddie Mercury. Personally it’s more about his skill as an actor and the film telling the compelling story of Queen and the greatest singer in rock music. It’s a film about Queen it’s gotta be good.
